Michael Montie, DO
Founder, NeuroMend TMS
NeuroMend TMS was founded in 2026 by Michael Montie, DO, a board-certified psychiatrist who has specialized in neuropsychiatry since 2017.
His career in neuropsychiatry started at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he founded the Treatment Resistant Depression Clinic in 2017 and served as its Clinical Director from 2017 through 2024. His work has centered on helping people who have not achieved meaningful improvement with traditional treatments and on bringing evidence-based, innovative approaches into psychiatric care.
He founded NeuroMend TMS with the goal of making evidence-based TMS treatment more accessible to people who can benefit from individualized approaches. He values taking the time to understand each person's experience and treatment history and developing a thoughtful plan based on the available evidence, clinical experience, and an individual's goals.
Dr. Montie also welcomes collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, physican assistants, therapists, and other healthcare professionals who share a commitment to supporting the mental and physical well-being of their patients.
